Sky Harbor still felt winter storm's impact

Phoenix might not have been as badly affected by the weekend winter storm when compared to other places in the U.S., but the city's airport was not immune to the storm's impact on flights in general. FOX 10's Taylor Wirtz has more, from Sky Harbor.
