Point-in-time homeless count happening on Jan. 27

Volunteers are out for the annual point-in-time homeless count on Jan. 27 across the Valley. The count is part of a nationwide effort to get an idea of the number of people experiencing homelessness. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.
