Hiring manager charged as investigation into Zipps deepens

Federal prosecutors said they filed charges against Diego Gonzalez-Rosales, 36, following a yearlong investigation into a "pattern and practice" of hiring unauthorized workers and identity theft at Zipps Sports Grill locations.
