DHS Secretary Kristi Noem lands at Sky Harbor for Arizona border visit

Ahead of a visit at the Arizona-Mexico border, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem landed at Sky Harbor Airport on Tuesday, greeting supporters and border patrol agents. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen heads to Nogales, where she is expected to tour the border on Feb. 4.
