Massive monsoon storm hits Phoenix area causing flooding, road closures

Storms across the Valley dumped buckets of rain, prompting flash flood warnings across most of Arizona. The downpours caused white outs on freeways and severe flooding in Scottsdale late Wednesday afternoon.
