Flags honor 9/11 victims at Tempe Beach Park

Volunteers set up nearly 3,000 flags at Tempe Beach Park to honor victims of the Sept. 11 terror attacks. The memorial stays up through Sunday, Sept. 13. FOX 10's Danielle Miller has the story.
