Surveillance video captures 'miracle' plane crash on Midtown street

New surveillance video captured the moment a small plane crash-landed on a busy street in Midtown Phoenix. All three people onboard only sustained minor injuries, and no other cars or businesses were hit. FOX 10's Megan Spector hears from witnesses, who said even before the plane hit the ground, it was clear something was wrong.
