Tempe speed cameras catch driver with 60 violations, motorcyclist going 143 mph

A year into Tempe's photo enforcement program, police are tracking a serial offender with 60 violations and a motorcyclist clocking over 140mph near a high school. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen has more on why they haven't been able to track that "serial offender" down.
