Evening Weather Forecast - 12/15/25

The Valley experienced another record-warm day on Monday, reaching temps in the 80s. FOX 10's Erica Horvatin has more on when temps could fall again this week.

Monday afternoon was another record-warm day in the Valley.

High temperatures climbed into the low 80s, breaking the old daily record high of 79 degrees. Several spots in the high country tied or came close to record-highs as well, like Window Rock, Sedona and Prescott.

Today:

At around 1:00 p.m., officials with the National Weather Service said Phoenix saw a high of 80°F at around 12:58 p.m. on Monday. This breaks the previous record of 79°F, which was set in 1969.

"Still plenty of time for temperatures to rise further," read a portion of the tweet.

Tonight & Tomorrow:

The night will be quiet and mostly clear. Overnight lows will fall into the mid-50s in the Valley tonight. Tuesday will be sunny with a high of 79 degrees.

Looking Ahead:

Temperatures will fall a few degrees throughout the work week, but we could see more record-high temperatures Sunday through Christmas week.

Skies are staying dry all week, but the winds will be picking up in the high country, Thursday through Saturday, and Friday will likely be the windiest day with gusts up to 45 mph.
