Judge approves social media evidence in rape case

PINAL COUNTY, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A judge granted a motion by Tyler Kost's attorneys to obtain social media records of Kost' accusers.

Kost remains in jail without bond, the trial is expected to start next Summer.
