TEMPE, Ariz. - TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -- Tempe police are investigating a shooting in which a man was wounded.
The Police Department says officers found a 19-year-old man with a gunshot wound to a leg but that information on the circumstances of the shooting or a suspect are not immediately available.
The wound was described as non-life threatening.
The incident occurred Friday morning in the vicinity of Rural Road and Apache Boulevard -- near but not on the Arizona State University main campus.
ASU police said the shooting was an isolated incident and that it didn't involve anyone affiliated with the university.
