PHOENIX - Three people were injured after a train collided with a car near 27th Avenue and Thomas Road during the early morning hours of December 15.
What we know:
According to Phoenix Police, officers were called to the area at around 2:37 a.m., and when they arrived, they found a vehicle that was struck by a train, with three adults inside.
"The Phoenix Fire Department arrived and transported three adults to a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries," read a portion of the statement.
What we don't know:
No names have been released in this case.
