PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Arizona Department of Public Safety troopers have identified the victim of a deadly motorcycle accident that shut down part of the mini-stack for four hours on Sunday morning.
DPS troopers say 38-year-old Karim Harrison of Phoenix was killed in the motorcycle crash on the mini-stack. Troopers got a call at about 3:30 a.m., about a motorcyclist down in the area of I-10 and I-17.
Troopers say that Harrison was thrown from the motorcycle and died on the scene.
They say there's no word of any possible impairment.
The eastbound I-10 ramp onto southbound I-17 has been shut down while troopers investigated the deadly crash. The ramp re-opened just before 7:30 a.m.
