Flags to fly at half-staff for retired Mesa fire captain who died from cancer

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff on Nov. 18 in honor of Trevor Madrid, a retired Mesa fire captain who died from cancer this weekend at the age of 36.
