Vacant house goes up in flames in Phoenix

A vacant home near 12th Street and Osborn went up in flames on Feb. 15 and sent a huge cloud of smoke into the air. Crews quickly responded to the scene and extinguished the fire, preventing it from spreading to the home next door.
