Scottsdale officer shot in Phoenix while serving warrant for sex assault suspect, police say

The Scottsdale Police Department provided an update after a sergeant was shot while serving a search warrant in downtown Phoenix on Jan. 6. The suspect, who has since been killed by police, was wanted for the sexual assault for a 70-year-old woman last October.
