California mass shooting: Death toll rises following massacre at Lunar New Year celebration

On Jan. 23, an 11th person died after a man, since identified as 72-year-old Huu Can Tran, allegedly shot and killed 10 others during a Lunar New Year event in Monterey Park, an area of Los Angeles with a high concentration of Asian population. Reporter Ashley Soriano has more.
