Man accused of aggravated DUI following fatal crash

Police say 35-year-old Ricardo Martinez was hit by a car near 43rd Ave. and Glendale on Saturday night and died at an area hospital. The driver, 47-year-old Matthew Rhoades remained at the scene and police say he showed signs of impairment.
