Southwest faces possible fine over holiday meltdown

The Federal Government may be preparing to penalize Southwest Airlines for a holiday travel meltdown in December 2022 that affected more than two million travelers, with regulators saying the carrier failed to provide adequate customer service during the travel meltdown.
