Marana hot car death: Father could get plea deal

Chris Scholtes is facing charges of first-degree murder and child abuse in the death of his 2-year-old daughter. Prosecutors say Scholtes left his daughter asleep in her car seat after returning home. Scholtes said he left the car running with the air conditioning on and got distracted while playing video games. Scholtes' wife arrived home and found their daughter unconscious. The girl later died at the hospital.
