Conservative watchdogs claim Anti-Trump billboard was paid for with taxpayer money

Conservative watchdog group "Judicial Watch" claims the anti-Donald Trump billboard that was put up in Phoenix was paid for with taxpayer money, but City of Phoenix officials said that's not the case. FOX 10's Matt Galka reports.
