Arpaio expected to testify at malicious-prosecution trial

PHOENIX (AP) - Former Sheriff Joe Arpaio is expected to testify Wednesday at a malicious-prosecution trial that centers on a now-dismissed animal cruelty case he brought against one of Sen. Jeff Flake's sons.
