Phoenix man sentenced to 29 years for decapitating his wife

A Phoenix man has been sentenced to 29 years in prison for decapitating his wife and killing two dogs. The sentence for Kenneth Wakefield was handed down from a judge today in court, and it comes more than a month after prosecutors and the defense reached a plea deal.
