Police: Man shot, killed in Goodyear neighborhood

Police say a suspect is on the loose after a man was shot and killed in a Goodyear neighborhood. According to the Goodyear Police Department, officers responded to the neighborhood near Cotton Lane and Van Buren after receiving reports of shots fired at about 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday night.
