Phoenix police: Father arrested after running over toddler son with truck

A Phoenix father is facing a charge of negligent homicide?after police say he ran over his 21-month-old son with a truck. According to Sgt. Alan Pfohl with the Phoenix Police Department, 49-year-old Richard Hamilton was arrested after he ran over 21-month-old Samuel Hamilton?outside a home near Interstate 17 and Northern Avenue on April 19.
