140,000 have not received voter registration ID cards in Maricopa County

Thousands of voters in Maricopa County have reportedly not received their voter ID�cards. That's causing some confusion, as voters in the West Valley get ready to decide who will represent the Arizona's 8th Congressional District on Tuesday. FOX 10's Matt Galka reports.
