Police investigating shooting at Surprise apartment complex

Police say one person has been hospitalized and a suspect is on the loose following a shooting at a Surprise apartment complex. According to Sgt. Greg Welch with the Surprise Police Department, the shooting happened this morning at an apartment complex near the Loop 303 and Peoria Avenue.
