Scottsdale police: Victim stabs man in self-defense during assault

Scottsdale police say a man has been arrested after he assaulted another person and stole their property. According to the Scottsdale Police Department, 41-year-old Charles Lovin was arrested after he assaulted another person and stole their property during an altercation that started in the bathroom of the Third Avenue parking garage.
