Chandler woman stopped for driving in HOV lane with fake baby

CHANDLER, Ariz. (KSAZ) - It's happened again, and this time, with a fake baby. The Arizona Department of Public Safety says a motorcycle trooper stopped a woman for driving in the HOV lane of a Valley freeway with a baby doll in her car.
