Repair work still remains after remnants of Rosa dumped rain in the Valley

It was remnants of Hurricane Rosa that gave the valley a good dousing of rain in early October, but with that good dousing also came a problem that the City of Phoenix is still dealing with. FOX 10's Linda Williams reports.
