Man in custody as crews battle apartment building fire

PHOENIX (AP) - Firefighters and police officers are at a burning apartment building in north Phoenix where at least one man has been taken into custody Friday. Smoke poured from vents and other openings as firefighters streamed water into the building. Meanwhile, several police succeeded in placing a struggling handcuffed man inside a police vehicle.
