Mesa Fire Dept. inspects fireworks stands

With New Year's Eve approaching, many people will be ringing in the new year with fireworks. The Mesa Fire Dept. is making sure the fireworks being sold around the Valley are legal. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.
