PHOENIX (FOX 10) -?Police say a 10-year-old girl has died after she and her father were both shot?outside their home during a possible road-rage shooting in Phoenix on April 3.? According to a statement released by Sgt. Vince Lewis, the incident happened on the 3800 block of W. Moreland Avenue, which is located near Interstate 10 and 39th Avenue.
