Rape suspect sought by police; victim's sister exclusively speaks to FOX 10

The sketch of a man suspected of brutally assaulting a woman has been released by Phoenix PD and now the victim's family is talking to FOX 10 about the alleged crime. FOX 10's Justin Lum reports.
