Man climbs light rail station, causes big traffic disruption in downtown Phoenix

PHOENIX (FOX 10) - A man was arrested after he climbed a light rail station in downtown Phoenix and caused a big disruption. According to the Phoenix Police Department, 34-year-old Michael Franco climbed the light rail station near Central Avenue and Roosevelt at 1:15 a.m. Friday morning and began yelling.
