Phoenix police: Fight over radio noise between hospital patients at turns deadly

PHOENIX (FOX 10) -- Phoenix police officials say a 58-year-old patient at the Arizona Community Protection and Treatment Center has been arrested, following a fight that resulted in the death of another patient at the facility Tuesday.
