Former nurse accused of impregnating incapacitated patient appears in court

The man accused of impregnating an incapacitated patient at Hacienda Healthcare was in court Monday at a status conference. Nathan Sutherland's lawyer requested body camera video from when police interrogated Sutherland back in January.
