Red Cross, Tolleson hold 'shelter simulation'

Natural disasters are increasing affecting Arizonans, and the Red Cross wants to be prepared to help those in need. FOX 10's Irene Snyder has more on the 'shelter simulation' event the group did with the City of Tolleson.
