Free dog adoptions in Maricopa County on Sept. 19

Maricopa County Animal Care & Control is waiving all dog adoption fees for one day on Saturday, Sept. 19. The adoption event will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at all three shelter locations. Participating shelters are located in Phoenix, Mesa & Scottsdale.
