Teen pleads guilty to Phoenix Pride bomb plot

The person who allegedly planned to set off a bomb at the Phoenix Pride Festival has changed his plea to guilty. As part of a plea deal, Marvin Jalo faces nearly 4 years in prison, followed by at least five years of probation.
