Several hurt after small plane crashes into north Phoenix homes

After a small plane crash in north Phoenix sent three to the hospital, a neighbor and student pilot said he had actually flown that exact plane before. FOX 10's Taylor Wirtz learns how the crash hits too close to home for him.
