Police identify developmentally disabled man found dead in van outside Mesa care facility

A death investigation is underway after 36-year-old Lorenzo Lopez was found dead inside a van near a Mesa care facility. FOX 10's Jacob Luthi learns more about the man who was allegedly left in triple-digit heat for hours.
