Suspect leads Florida police on 15 mph chase on rusty motorcycle

A suspect attempting to avoid being taken into custody led deputies on a low-speed pursuit in northern Florida. The Flagler County Sheriff's Office described the incident as a 15 mph guided neighborhood tour.
