Surprise leaders in talks with DHS over proposed ICE detention warehouse

The mayor of Surprise said progress is being made between city leaders and DHS following a meeting with DHS over a planned ICE detention facility. The press conference prompted a local high schooler to speak out at a protest over concerns of the warehouse. FOX 10's Nicole Krasean hears from protesters who want the city to say 'No' to the warehouse altogether.
