Maricopa Board compels sworn testimony from Recorder Heap

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has compelled Recorder Justin Heap to testify under oath Wednesday following a yearlong dispute over alleged mismanagement, secrecy regarding election budgets, and technical errors in voter registration data.
