Phoenix officers hurt after woman rammed patrol car: PD

Two Phoenix officers suffered non-life-threatening injuries after police say a woman rammed her car into their patrol vehicle on Feb. 25 near 83rd Avenue and Thomas Road. The woman and her passenger were detained.
