Still no deal to end partial government shutdown

TSA agents are set to miss another paycheck on Friday as a deal to end the DHS shutdown appears dead. Fox News reports that ICE agents have been trained in TSA procedures and are now at airports providing assistance. Alexandria Hoff has the very latest.
