Phoenix unanimously votes to start removing Cesar Chavez's name across city

In a 9-0 vote, the Phoenix City Council approved the process to start removing Cesar Chavez's name from streets, parks and facilities, amid recent sexual misconduct allegations. FOX 10's Jacob Luthi learns when the city will start seeing those changes.
