New York City plane crash: New details emerge

Investigators are looking at new evidence tied to the deadly crash involving an Air Canada Express flight to New York City's LaGuardia Airport. According to the NTSB, the fire truck involved in the crash did not have a working warning system. Reporter Caroline Elliot has more.
