BUCKEYE, Ariz. - Buckeye Police say a teacher's aide is in jail for allegedly threatening to shoot up her school on social media.

In a statement released on Sept. 2, police identified the suspect as 21-year-old Sharde Booker.
Investigators say the incident happened on the afternoon of Sept. 1, when they received a tip about "a possible threat of a school shooting" that was posted to an Instagram account.
"Information about the location where the post was made came back to WestPark Elementary School," read a portion of the statement. "Detectives coordinated with school resource officers to locate and arrest Booker last night."

Police say Booker is accused of interfering with an educational institution and threats.
"Buckeye police notified school officials immediately after the arrest and determined there was no ongoing threat to the campus," read a portion of the statement.
